Enquiry forms: name, organisation, role, email, phone, country and your message. Applications: the information and documents you send us. Whistleblowing reports: what you choose to tell us. Technical data: IP address, browser and pages requested, recorded by our hosting providers for security.

Purposes and legal bases
Responding to your enquiry and taking steps at your request before a contract; our legitimate interest in maintaining professional relationships and keeping the website secure; recruitment; handling reports under our whistleblowing policy; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Sharing

Recipients, transfers and retention

Recipients
Only the team responsible for your enquiry and, under data processing agreements, our service providers for website hosting, form handling and email. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.

International transfers
Some service providers, for example for website hosting and email, process data outside Kosovo and the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention
Enquiries: the period stated on each form (12 months for general and media enquiries, 24 months for public authorities, investors and strategic proposals, 36 months for partner qualifications). Applications: 12 months. Whistleblowing reports: as long as needed to handle the matter and as the law requires. Security logs: for a limited period set by our hosting providers.

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing. Write to info@vestronis.com.

Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo (Agjencia për Informim dhe Privatësi) or, in the European Economic Area, with your local supervisory authority.

We use encrypted transmission, access controls and regular security reviews. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies (see the Cookie policy).
