A status does not imply an awarded mandate or committed financing unless expressly stated.
Does a listed project represent a secured mandate?
No. Projects shown as concepts, opportunities or development-pipeline items do not represent awarded concessions, secured mandates, committed financing or government approval unless expressly stated. Illustrative project concepts are identified as such.
